Hospital Renal Units
Whitehall recently completed two complex solid surface installations at Renal Units in Cardiff and Newport alongside contractor, Lacunar Ltd.
We templated, manufactured and installed a range of Hanex counter tops to help create safe and practical spaces for patients and staff at both hospitals.
Hanex is a premium acrylic solid surface which is extremely flexible, durable and hygienic whilst being an affordable option. It is resistant to moisture, pollutants and bacteria, making it an ideal material for use within a medical setting.
The project involved creating counter tops and upstands for a number of different areas, including ensuite W/Cs, staff W/Cs and treatment areas. Following our precise templating process, the Whitehall team we’re able to integrate all elements smoothly into the rest of the build.
The result is two smart and practical Renal Units delivered on schedule and within budget.
